It's important to eat healthy while at school. My roommate and I are trying to avoid unhealthy snacks while we study. We're trying a semi-raw/vegan diet. We avoid carbs and anything that's been cooked. If you're one of those people, like me, that likes to eat all day (especially when reading/studying), try this snack:
Take a rice cake and spread peanut butter all over it. (Be generous!) Then, sprinkle from dried fruit on top. A collection of dried cherries and other berries works very well. And voila! It's crunchy, sweet, salty, and yum.

Wednesday, August 31:
Get some sleep. Sleep is always important, especially if you need to be awake the next day. I'm not the best at this because I'm a night owl, but everyone says the hours of sleep you get before midnight are the best. Whether it's true or not, I do know that sleep is good.

The last little tidbit of advice I have for staying healthy in school is exercising. Walk instead of drive to the store down the street. Join a sports team. Get active! :)
