Since I missed this post yesterday, I'll just start with today and end with Saturday :) This is what happens when you're sick all day and forget to blog. Also, since I've been sick so much recently, I've been relaxing a lot--so this post focuses on ways to relax. :)

Wednesday, August 3:
Take some time to be by yourself. Everyone needs a little "me" time in their lives. If you're an avid reader, find a little alcove and curl up with a good book for a few hours. If you like to be outside, go on a hike or take a picnic lunch somewhere. Spend some time relaxing--away from other people.
Thursday, August 4:
Bake all day. Try new recipes, re-visit your favorites, experiment. Baking and cooking can be fun and relaxing if there's no rush. Put on some music, an apron, and sing loudly to your favorite song while you roll the pie dough.
Friday, August 5:
Take a bubble bath. They're the most amazing way to relax. Read a book, listen to music, eat cheesecake--do whatever you want.
Saturday, August 6:
"Tensions is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are."
